Sunday Skinny WIN

I did great this week with my Sunday Skinny. I biked five days, I got on the elliptical two days, and I took four walks. Holla. It is weeks like this that make me truly believe I can someday reach my goals. I wish every week went so well. Cheers to wining the battle this week.
