LALA Land Adventures: Under the Sea

When becoming a new mom there is so much to learn. Most of it is about not killing the brand new baby. Once you get past that and things calm down a little, you get more sleep and the child is starting to get more active, I started branching out to find a support network of new moms. These moms have been a LIFESAVER. They are supportive when I am sobbing about my kid not sleeping, they offer advice when my son had a funky looking rash, and they network about all the really cool places you can take your kid. Enter in a conversation about how awesome Under the Sea is, and we set up a playdate.



Although my Little Cricket may be just a few months shy of the best age to start going to this place I thought it was a WONDERLAND of awesomeness. It had ramps and slides and bouncy castles and pretend kitches and toys and balls and princess castles and a hundred fun things to do. Most of the large warehouse is dedicated to the play area but then there is also an area where you can sit and have lunch and take a break before going in for round two.



There were about six of us with six little ones between the ages of 10 months to 18 months. All of us had a really great time. Maybe once My Little Cricket gets a little older I will make sure to try out a membership for a month. Sometimes its nice to just get out of the house and mess up someone elses place.
