The Fruits are Back

Mrs. Fruit and her two kids went for an extended stay in the Philippines. They left in August, Mr. Fruit joined up with them in November and just a few days ago they finally came home. We hadn’t seen them for six months and we were excited to start our Sunday family dinners again. Baby Fruit was the most changed, a six month old the last time I saw him he is now a little over a year and so super adorable.

And of course my niece Ms. Bambi is just as sweet. At four she is a handful of energy and excitement and joy. Jumping from one activity to the next, constantly curious, wanting to be held and then let down. She is such a joy almost always smiling; GOD how I missed them all.

We had a really long dinner trying to catch up on everything that has been going on, with two kids during dinner now instead of one it was a little nuts but we all had such a fantastic time. Love this little family and I am so thankful that we at least have SOME family living near us. Welcome home Fruit family!
