Sunday Skinny

To say that I have been really struggling with cutting out dairy and eggs from my diet is an understatement. This crap is HARD. In an effort to stay away from the foods that I cannot have any longer I am trying out new things; veganaise for instance is a vegetarian substitute for mayonnaise… which tastes like sawdust. While trying to rearrange my go to healthy meals into a different direction I have at least successfully kept up with ellipticalling. Of course the everyday thing got completely out of whack, there was a time when I needed to complete several 30 minutes sessions in one day.

Point… there was a point here… right, so things went a little left with the plan this week, but that is what happens. Life it gets in the way. What I am most proud of I guess is that I ate well most meals, I did exercise and managed to take a nice little chunk out of my overall weeks calorie intake and tomorrow I leave for vacation with my running shoes already packed. Yup that’s right, I don’t know how often I will be able to exercise but I am going to try to get exercise in most days.
