Sunday Skinny

This week I did better and I am proud of myself. Although I didnt exercise every single day I did workout 5 out of the seven days; two days of ellipticalling, two hikes and a 2 hour S-factor class. Although my eating is still emotionally all over the place I am getting back to my healthier place. I just have to take it one day at a time.
