Sunday Skinny: Week 24

Ok it is time to UNSUCK. I am so sick of TALKING about losing weight, I am so sick of WANTING to lose weight, I am so sick about TRYING to lose weight... so here we go again. I dug out an inspiration photo, me six years ago when I first moved to California, skinny and happy.

I am busting out the calorie tracker, I am committing to exercise every single day, I am going to try and not to cheat, not to fall off the diet and if I fall I am going to get right back up and keep trying. Time to buckle down and get it done. I am now 185 pounds, eek up six pounds from my lowest at week 15. I want to lose 25 pounds by Christmas. I will be 160 pounds at Christmas morning. That means I need to lose 2.5 pounds per week for the next 10 weeks. I can totally do it. That is the goal, time to GET IT DONE GIRL!!! I want this, I know what I have to do to get it, I get what I want, I can do this, and I am starting right now.

P.S. I am still super sick, everything tastes like sawdust. Although I am sure that I will not be on my best game exercising this week I am hoping that by being sick and eating less that my number next week will be good anyways. Wish me luck!

Weight Gain Round 5: 210 pounds. 20 pounds gained when I lost the baby.

Weight Gain Round 4: 190 pounds. I lost weight for the wedding and then I gained it all back plus an additional 10 pounds. The wedding gave me a date to reach for but once that day passed all my plans fell apart and the bingeing started again. BLAST IT!!!

Weight Gain Round 3: 180 pounds. When my brother passed away I started bingeing regularly to cover my emotions and gained another 30 pounds.

Weight Gain Round 2: 150 pounds. I gained 15 pounds when I tackled that large project at work and worked all those long hours for a year.

Weight Gain Round 1: 135 pounds. I gained the inevitable ‘I’m in a comfy relationship’ 10 pounds after I started dating my husband.

Start weight when I moved to California 125.

GOAL WEIGHT = 135-150 pounds
