The Sunday Skinny: Week 4

My goal this week is to not eat everything in sight. Pretty hard considering the day I have had today. All I want to do is eat, ignore, drown, sleep and forget. However that I realize is always my downfall. I get sad, I eat way too much to make the sad shut up, I have a ton of regretf and then I have to work my taail off to get all the weight I put on back off again. It is a vicious cycle. I HAVE to work harder at recognizing the beginings of a negative cycle before it becomes a problem.

As for my progress this week I gained a half pound. That puts me at 188 pounds. The gain was a result of having a hard time trying to bump my calories up to stop losing weight and not bumping them too high where I start to gain again. I just need to find the perfect place to maintain my weight. It is a fine line that will for sure take me some time to teach myself. For now I will keep eating to maintain my weight. Wish me luck.

Weight Gain Round 5: 210 pounds. 20 pounds gained when I lost the baby. 05/15/2011

Weight Gain Round 4: 190 pounds. I lost weight for the wedding and then I gained it all back plus an additional 10 pounds. The wedding gave me a date to reach for but once that day passed all my plans fell apart and the bingeing started again. BLAST IT!!!

Weight Gain Round 3: 180 pounds. When my brother passed away I started bingeing regularly to cover my emotions and gained another 30 pounds.

Weight Gain Round 2: 150 pounds. I gained 15 pounds when I tackled that large project at work and worked all those long hours for a year.

Weight Gain Round 1: 135 pounds. I gained the inevitable ‘I’m in a comfy relationship’ 10 pounds after I started dating my husband.

Start weight when I moved to California 125.

GOAL WEIGHT = 135-150 pounds
