A Chocolate Flower Gift

I was babysitting Baby Fruit and invited Ms. Dancer and her fiancée out to dinner. Baby Fruit thank goodness is an angel of a baby and we managed to get through an hour of dinner without any issues. Of course I am figuring out more and more her cues of ‘HURRY UP AND GET A MOVE ON THIS IS MY MELT DOWN SIGNAL’. Those cues help me scramble for the next planned activity or toy on my long list that I have learned to keep of distractions. It is best to be prepared.

However at this dinner there weren’t any issues, primarily because the future Mr. Dancer ADORES babies. This man is going to be SUCH a good father he literally walked in the restaurant, said hi to me, and then promptly ignored Ms. Dancer and I and instead kept the cherub entertained. I am totally inviting him out to dinner when I have to babysit more often.

Anyways, the purpose of the dinner was so Ms. Dancer could finally give me my birthday gift. After we finished eating we went to her car to get it… an awesome incredible fantastic chocolate orchid appeared. Best gift ever Ms. Dancer thank you so much!

YAY! I'm so glad that you love it :) I was a bit worried it might be too smelly for you! And I am glad you found a place to put it! Hugs!

How beautiful. I've never had a house plant before. I hear orchids are really hard to keep.
