Doubling Up

Every Wednesday I take a two hour S Factor class. Our S class consists of one hour of yoga and then about 30-45 minutes of cardio. Basically by the time you get out of class you have gotten a great workout without actually feeling like it is work because it is so fun. I love the high I have when I leave which gets me coming back time and time again. It is rare that I miss any of my classes unless I am out of town which has been ALOT lately.

When you know you are going to miss class you can sign out and makeup on a different day. Let’s just say I have more than just a few make-ups, fourteen to be exact and I made a spur of the moment decision last week to take two classes in a row. Now I know that this may sound crazy to double up and literally do four hours of exercising in a row but the studio is an hour away and although I had good intentions to go twice a week the drive always convinces me not to go. So this doubling up is my way to get a ton of exercise on Wednesdays AND to finally start using some of these make-ups.

It really is a win win situation until the next day and the day after that where I am so sore I can barely get out of bed because sitting up is to painful.

The best kind of workout is one that you enjoy and can be "fun" instead of a "work"out.
