This was the first year that we did not go to a party or run around like crazy trying to get a costume together.
Because life has been super fast paced for me the fast few months we decided to have a quiet celebration at home with just family and I could not have been happier with my decision to keep it simple.
We carved some pumpkins in the morning.
In the evening we made dinner, had some drinks, laughed and loved, and handed out candy to the local kids. Happy Halloween everyone!

The huge eyes on the pumpkin is great! Cheryl made a good witch, but so scary!
