Photo Phriday: Desert Beauty

Yesterday Mr. Rogue brought home something that I have been salivating over for the past few months. The Canon 50 D with the 24-105 L lens, in translation it is better than 30 new pairs of shoes. I have been wanting one of these since I really started getting more into photography. My brother in law kindly let me steal his on multiple occasions but although he was great about letting me use it whenever I wanted I still felt a little weird borrowing it as much as I would have liked. Now I finally have one of my own and just in time for our camping trip to Anza Borrego. Originally Mr. Rogue and I happened to cross this park back in December and we stayed for a few days see here.

This time I organized a group trip with a few couples The Rambo’s, The Sweetie’s, and The Dancer’s. We had such an amazing time hiking while obsessively photographing, drinking surrounding the campfire, and gazing at the stars with great friends.

So this weeks Photo Phriday is the flowers and plants in Anza Borrego. Just so you know there is an INSANE amount of images, I apologize in advance but this camera is so damn perfectly amazing.
