Twilight

I borrowed a book from a friend and lost 4 days of my life. Ok so I KNOW that Twilight is a book written for young teens, and I know I am probably not going to increase my knowledge of life or world views or politics by spending hours reading this series but like sitcoms sometimes it is great to just curl up with an entertainment book and boy oh boy do these books entertain. And delight. And capture all of my attention so I forget the world and everything in it until the last page is flipped. I read the entire series in 4 days which means that laundry was ignored, Rogue was left to find his own entertainment, don’t worry I supplied plenty of peanut butter because I felt guilty ignoring him. Finishing the books this fast also meant I was sleep deprived so concentrating at work was a bit more of a chore than normal.
